150 Grams Smoked Salmon Ribbons
1 Ripe Avocado pear cut into thin wedges
60 Grams Full Cream Cheese
30 Grams Mixed baby Rocket, Fennel & watercress leaves
100 Grams Cherry tomatoes
100 Grams Cucumber
100 Grams Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
40 Mls Olive oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
4 Tbsp Crème Fraiche
1 Tsp Black pepper
